Binary Top IT Solution(“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This short policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
When you submit our contact form, we receive the details you choose to provide — such as your name, email, phone number, company and message. We use this only to respond to your enquiry.
How it's handled
Form submissions are collected and delivered to us through our hosting and form provider (Netlify). We don't sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.
Cookies & analytics
We use PostHog for product analytics, so we can see which pages people actually read and where the site gets in their way. It stores a first-party cookie and a small amount of data in your browser to recognise a returning visit, and it is served from our own domain rather than a third-party tracking domain.
PostHog also records session replays — a reconstruction of how a visit moved through the page. Anything you type into a form is masked before it leaves your browser, so the name, email, phone number and message you enter on the contact page are never captured in a replay.
This data is stored on PostHog's US Cloud. We don't sell it, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties for marketing. Blocking analytics in your browser will not break anything on this site, and you can email us at support@binarytop.com.au to have your data deleted.
