Brick & Castle Property
A bilingual English–Chinese Tasmanian real-estate agency — two Craft CMS sites in one, with listings auto-populated from the agency's inventory system and AI-translated across both languages.
The brief
Founded in 2019, Brick & Castle is a multicultural real-estate agency in Tasmania that blends local insight with a global perspective, serving both English- and Chinese-speaking buyers. They needed a property platform that worked in two languages — carrying listings across homes, land, commercial space and even businesses for sale, without the team re-entering or re-translating every property by hand.
What we built
We built it on Craft CMS's multi-site structure as two sites in one — an English site and a Chinese one — that can run different marketing content where it matters, while sharing what shouldn't diverge. Property listings come from the agency's inventory system in English and sync onto the site automatically; AI then auto-translates each one into Chinese and saves it, so both languages stay current with no double entry and nothing to retype. A Vue front end keeps browsing and search fast across every property type.

A growing agency with a bilingual platform that brings in steady organic enquiries across Tasmania — in both English and Chinese.
