Westbrook — a premium Bellerive Bluff townhouse development: the developer's brochure PDF reimagined as a fast, interactive, SEO-friendly static site.
The brief
A once-in-a-lifetime development: 17 architecturally designed waterfront townhouses in the tightly held Bellerive Bluff, one of Hobart's most prestigious waterside locations. We were handed the developer's brochure PDF and full creative freedom to turn it into something that felt as high-end as the homes.
What we built
We took the flat brochure PDF and rebuilt it as an interactive, SEO-friendly website — spacious imagery, the lifestyle pitch (beaches, Bellerive Quay, the village strip) and the development detail, all browsable and findable on the web rather than locked inside a download. A fast static Next.js build keeps it instant to load and easy to share.
The result
A premium online brochure that does what a PDF can't — found on search, effortless to browse, and built to turn high-intent buyers into enquiries.
